Biography: Dr. Le is a neurologist who completed his undergraduate at the University of California in 1998. In 2002, Dr. Le completed his degree in Osteopathic Medicine at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, University of North Texas Health Sciences Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He did his medicine internship and neurology residency at the University of Texas at Medical Branch (UTMB), Galveston, TX, from 2003-2007. In 2007, Dr. Le joined the Kingwood Neurology and Sleep practice group. He has held the following leadership positions: Neurology Department Chair at HCA Kingwood Medical Center, 1/2020- present Member of the Medical Executive committee (MEC) at HCA Kingwood Medical Center, 1/2020-present Stroke Director at Post-Acute Medical (PAM) rehabilitation facility, 1/2020- present Past Internal Medicine Chair at Northeast Memorial Hermann Hospital Past Medical Executive Committee (MEC) member at HCA Kingwood Medical Center as a Treasurer/ Secretary Past member of the credentialing committee at Northeast Memorial Hermann Hospital Dr. Le has been a member of the Texas Medical Association since 2007. In 2019, he was recertified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). Dr. Le's professional interests include EMG/NCV studies and Botox injection treatments. In his personal time, Dr. Le enjoys playing golf, tennis, table tennis, chess, spending time with his family, and the outdoors.

Biography: Dr. David Sollaccio is a double board-certified orthopedic hand and upper extremity surgeon raised in Orlando, FL. He earned his undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Dr. Sollaccio completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine, contributing to the care for the Florida Gators athletics programs, followed by a fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. After building a thriving practice over eight years as a partner physician at Southern California Permanente Medical Group, he and his family relocated to the vibrant city of Houston, TX. He is excited to join the esteemed Fondren Orthopedic Group, treating conditions from hand to shoulder. He is committed to treating each patient as an individual, empowering them with the information they need to make informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes. Outside of medicine, Dr. Sollaccio enjoys time with his wife and daughter, as well as traveling, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, golf, and playing guitar.
