I WAITED 4 MONTHS TO SEE DR. MAVIS FUJII AND A WEEK BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT SHE CANCELS SO SHE CAN GO ON A VACATION....AND THE RECEPTIONIST WHO CALLED ME SAID I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 MONTHS TO GET IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR.....THEY WOULDNT EVEN WORK ME IN TO SEE HER SOONER.... THEY CERTAINLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS...

I would never recommend Dr. Fujii primarily due to her staffs unprofessionallism and extreme rudeness to the patients. The staff confirms appointment times but the patients wait on average about 2.5 hours before they are seen. I would not recommend this facility.

Dr.Fujii was very helpful and understanding. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable during the exam. She took the time, unlike many doctors I have seen in the past, and I have been to many, she took the time to look at my full family history. She even took it upon herself to research a very rare disease that ultimately took my mothers life. The time she spent with my husband and I was the most time Dr. has ever spent with us to find a resolution for my issues. I trust her opinion!

The office manager/receptionist is a nightmare!!! Dr. Fugii keeps telling me I need to be seen every 4 months and to have the pharmacy call monthly for refill authorizations. When the pharmacy calls, the office manager/receptionist refuses to authorize the refills. SHE demands that I go in monthly for refill appointments. The next time I see Dr. Fugii, she assures me it won't happen again BUT IT ALWAYS DOES. At these appts, the office manager calls in my refills before I am even seen.

A physician who will actually take the time to listen to her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Fujii. Be prepared to wait awhile, as she will spend as much time needed for each patient, so she is usually behind schedule, but rest assured, she is well worth it.

Dr. Fujii is a very knowledgeable neurologist, and I was very excited to continue working with her on the best treatment for myself. HOWEVER, at my last appointment I was treated very disrespectfully by her receptionist. When I asked for a refund because I simply did not have anymore time to wait to see the doctor, I had been there 2.5 hrs. The receptionist told me that Dr. Fujii always runs behind, and if I didn't have time to wait to be seen, than to find another neurologist.

It is a long time to wait sometimes for her, but she is well worth the wait. I appreciate the fact that she doesn't rush through the patients to get to me, if I need extra attention during an appointment, I get it as well. I feel understood and hard and treated well as her patient.
