Uncaring and rushed
Dr. Collins spent less than 5 mins with my 89 year old mother. We were concerned about her dementia. Instead of taking the time to understand our concerns, he sent in his PA to order multiple extensive, costly, and expensive tests. What if that was his mother?

Very disappointed
After my previous neurologist left her office I called this office and explained that I needed to get an appt regarding headaches and specifically for questions regarding the infusions of Vyepti I was already in the process of having. I really explained that I needed the appt before my next infusion. I got an appointment from a cancellation. After waiting a few months, the morning of my appointment the office called and cancelled saying the Dr had to leave the office. I told them I needed to reschedule before my next infusion. I told a person on the phone the whole story and also explained it in the patient portal. Next day I talked to the office and was told they don't treat headache, they never have prescribed the infusion medication I am getting and I would have to go elsewhere. Why wasn't I told this months ago? So now I have to start over again and try to find someone who can help. I'm sure I won't be seeing anyone before my next infusion appt which is what I needed.

Office is hard to find the first time you go , he only has a "medical assistant" a receptionist and himself in the office. He's all about "aim for zero" if you're not on enough medication or medication causes even 1 seizure he'll throw surgery your way

He saw my son who has tourette's and was very cold and unconcerned. I felt like we wasted our time going to him. I would give him no stars if I could.

Saw me for 10 minutes, no medical records on myself and decided I should pay for Vestibular Therapy out of pocket for my vertigo and Labyrinthitis that I have had for 3 1/2 years. I know he was trying to save the insurance company alot of money by denying my request to see a vestibular therapist. In the span of 10 minutes, he decided this. No amount of tears and frustration would sway him. Don't ever waste your time seeing this man. He doesn't care.
