Biography: Dr. Holger E.I. Skerhut is a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Born in Germany, Dr. Skerhut has called San Antonio his home since the age of four. An alumnus of Central Catholic High School, Dr. Skerhut completed undergraduate studies at St. Mary's University and finished both medical school and neurosurgical residency training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Biography: Dr. John C. Pearce is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon, serving residents from Austin, Texas at the Austin Bone and Joint Clinic. Dr. Pearce's provides services including general orthopedics, sports medicine, as well as shoulder, elbow, hand, and lower extremity reconstruction. Dr. Pearce completed his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He went on to serve his residency in orthopedic surgery at Bexar County Hospital. Dr. Pearce then completed a fellowship in lower extremity reconstruction and sports medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX.
