Dr. Orsini is an amazing orthopedic surgeon. He's compassionate in his conversation, practices empathetic listening, he's kind and very thorough in his assessments & recommendations. I also enjoy his subtle sense of humor. I would recommend him for anyone having issues with the ankles or feet because he is a doctor that actually CARES about his patients healing, more than collecting a check. I thank him and his staff for taking care of my foot surgical needs.

He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I injured my knee and he offered a great solution with multiple options.

Him and his staff between the hospital and his office visits are the best. Nothing but professional and highly recommend him.

Dr. Orsini was very professional, He rescued from a different surgery, made sure I had everything I needed from my hospital visits, medicine, home health, supplies etc. Very good orthopedic surgeon I would recommend him to anyone. .

Updated Aug 2024. Had my last follow up with Dr Orsini and staff. I am ahead of the curve in recovery! I am released to go back to my regular exercise routine and hoping for a good performance in Spartan 2025. So relived. Glad I went through the process. I have an occasional short discomfort for a few seconds maybe twice per day. No pains. Doing all of the PT exercises daily. Circuit training 3 per week. Power stretch 2 eer week. Great medical team.Updated Feb 5 2024. Achilles surgery performed. Postop in 2 weeks. For now keep boot on 24-7 and no weight on foot.Updated Dec 2023. Had my 34 day visit with Dr. Orsini and Ascension. PT helped me strengthen my Achilles area, but the infrequent pain will not go away. I have decided to have surgery by Dr. Orsini for non insertional Achilles tendinopathy. Need relief. Dr. Orsini has been very informative and asks man times 'what questions do you have?' Of course, I think of another question. The staff and nurses have been great.

He goes beyond the call of duty. As a result of investigating further it was determined that I had osteoporosis as advised me toMeet with such a doctor as I had major foot stress fractures. The second time it was determined that my foot and leg issues were a result of multiple back problems. I highly recommend!!!

Dr Orsini is very patient and great at explaining everything and answering your questions and making time for you. His staff is always super friendly and professional.

Dr Orsini is good about explaining his diagnosis and treatment options. In my case, we started with least invasive treatment and worked up from there, not jumping immediately to surgery. Appreciate his willingness to answer questions, explain further, offer options, and to not waste time. Also, has a great staff- friendly and helpful .

Dr. Orsini left us feeling unheard, dismissed, and without any answers or explanations. I would not recommend him.

Highly recommend Dr Orsini. He was so helpful in diagnosing my foot pain and giving me options for treatments. He performed a toe fusion and I’m happy with the results. He made me feel very comfortable and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. His office staff was also very helpful every time I called. They seemed to genuinely care that I had a positive experience.

I would highly recommend Dr Orsini. I originally went for foot pain. He prescribed orthotics which greatly helped. I have also had several knee injections for arthritis. He is very attentive and offers explanations as to the recommended treatments.

Dr. Orsini is a fantastic doc. He truly cares about his patients. My wife had a total ankle replacement and I had a total knee replacement both were done by Dr. Orsini. We both have nothing but positive things to say about him. He is very personable, makes himself available if you need anything and never rushes us during appointments. We are very happy we used Dr. Orsini!!

I recently had a procedure with Dr. Orsini and was happy with how it went. Dr Orsini made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about the procedure, the risks, and the benefits of it. His personality was very welcoming and I would definitely recommend him to future patients.

This review is in regards to David Orsini and his staff. A few months ago, I had an accident and was referred to Orsini. After the initial meeting, I specifically asked what I would need to do should I decide to opt for the surgical treatment. Pursuant to his instructions I contacted his staff the next day in writing to inform him that wished to proceed with the surgical option and schedule an MRI. During the next meeting to go over the MRI, Orsini told me that it’s too late for surgery. I followed his instructions without fail and yet this is the type of medical treatment I get. Take it for what it’s worth but I’d think twice before considering David Orsini. Not sure if the issue is with his staff or with the doctor himself nevertheless, his staff is a reflection of the leadership. Neither seemed very caring towards the patient’s desires.

Dr Orsini removed a bone spur that was growing into my Achilles. He was very attentive and made certain I understood how important it was to prevent infection.

Dr Orsini is the best. Very friendly and tries to take your mind off what is going on. He's a good Dr and a funny guy!

He is an excellent doctor. Extremely knowledgeable about the hip and foot injuries. Will not send you out for extra testing unless he really thinks he needs it to diagnose your issue. He is very caring and his recommendations were exactly what my son needed. I would recommend him to all my friends and family who need a good and honest orthopedic surgeon.
