Great Doctor
I had vowed I would not have knee surgery. After much pain and in depth discussions with the doctor about what my life would be like if I didn’t , I decided to have the surgery. He is patient and explains what’s going on with your knees. Thanks, Dr. Moore!

I went to Dr. Moore for a knee injury I sustained a few years back. He got me in for an MRI and proceeded with ACL reconstruction and Meniscus Repair. Dr. Moore was very thorough about explaining my options, helping me make the best decision.

After I had a fall, on a Wednesday evening, and was taken to the ER by my son, I was discharged with instructions to call my orthopedist the next morning without fail. I called promptly at 9am the next morning, and the office got me in to see Dr Moore at about 11am. I went in via wheelchair and gave him the CD with my films. He took the CD, left the room, and was gone about 5-10 minutes. On his return he handed my CD back and said I should NOT have been sent home but should have had surgery immediately that night. We were to go DIRECTLY back to the hospital, not as an ER patient but as a direct admit, and that I was to go directly to surgery. He had already called the trauma surgeon by the time I got to the hospital, and I indeed had surgery as soon as I could be prepped. There ended up being two surgeries, almost FIVE MONTHS in the infamous boot, and a long recuperation; almost 8 months later, I am grateful that Dr Moore made sure I got STAT attention for bone & Achilles.

Reffered to an orthopedist for a fractured wrist after being seen at Urgent Care. The practice was upstairs from Urgent Care, so I checked them out before making appt. What a refreshing experience to go into a provider’s office who welcomed me with compassion, & also very considerate by offering to help me fill out paperwork: I fractured my writing hand. I was a priority & not a nuisance. They spoke w/Dr. Moore & were able to fit me in immediately! He was excellent: humor, wisdom, & compassion!

Dr Dustin Moore saw my husband at the ER for a torn MCL and ACL. Based on his knowledge and bed side manner we choose him as the follow-up Orthopedist. I have attended each subsequent visit with my husband and have found that our initial impression of Dr Moore has proven true. He is a knowledgeable, caring and answers all questions posed.

About Me

care philosophy

I have a passion for getting to the cause of a problem and working with my patients to find a solution. Sometimes that solution is non operative management and sometimes surgery is the better option. I believe in working together with my patients to tailor their treatment to their individual needs.
