Biography: Dr. Guy Klein is an Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training and expertise in both adult reconstruction (hip and knee replacement) and orthopedic trauma (the care of adult and pediatric fractures). Dr. Klein utilizes a muscle sparing, minimally invasive anterior approach for hip replacement to help patient go through the surgery process with less pain and a more rapid recovery. During his fellowship training at Charleston Area Medical Center, Dr. Klein developed expertise in complex primary and revision (re-do) hip and knee replacement. He was also part of the orthopedic trauma team at this busy level 1 trauma center that took care of many severe adult and pediatric fractures. Prior to fellowship training, Dr. Klein performed his orthopedic residency training at University Hospitals of Cleveland and attended medical school at Ohio University. Dr. Klein performs hip and knee replacement with minimally invasive and cutting edge techniques. He utilizes an advanced, ``state of the art`` protocol to help control patient's pain after surgery. Dr. Klein specializes in hip and knee joint replacement as well as adult and pediatric fracture care. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the International Congress for Joint Reconstruction (ICJR), and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). He has presented orthopedic research at national and international meetings. His many research articles and book chapters have been published in national orthopedic journals including the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery (JBJS) and the Journal of Pediatric Orthopaedics.

Care Philosophy: David Cortese, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, joint replacement and fracture care. His particular practice interests include arthroscopic management of tendon, ligament and articular cartilage disorders of the knee and shoulder. Dr. Cortese values a collaborative relationship with his patients to educate them on their condition, the variety of treatment options available and their treatment goals. By partnering with his patients, he develops individualized treatment plans that optimize outcomes and enable his patients to return to the active lifestyle they enjoy. Dr. Cortese is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and is a 12 year U.S. Army veteran. When away from work, he enjoys hiking, cycling and skiing the trails in the region.

Biography: Alvin Ngan, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. He specializes in total ankle replacement, foot and ankle deformity, reconstructive surgery, arthroscopic ankle surgery, and foot and ankle trauma surgery. He holds special medical interest in foot and ankle arthritis, reconstructive surgery and total ankle replacement (TAR) surgery.Dr. Ngan treats his patients as he would wish to be treated, speaks to patients on a personal level and encourages second opinions. A Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, he enjoys both the technological and artistic aspects of surgery. He finds it gratifying to be able to use his skills to restore function and mobility and keep his patients moving.Away from work, he enjoys playing and recording music, guitar, photography and food.

Biography: Adam Olsson, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in pain management. His goal is to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to include medication management, interventional procedures, education and guidance to better understand and transcend the complex medical condition that is chronic pain. _x000D_ Dr. Olsson is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, and American Medical Association. _x000D_ He most recently served as the Deputy Chief of the Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center at Madigan Army Medical Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord.

Care Philosophy: My goal is to treat the athlete in all of us. I want patients to maintain or exceed their current level of function and fitness. I believe in educating my patients about their injuries so that they have the ability to make good, strong choices about their care.

Care Philosophy: Gregory Duff, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder surgery andsports medicine. His surgical interests include themanagement of the unstable knee, shoulder andelbow in the competitive athlete. He performsarthroscopic reconstructive surgery on all major joints. _x000D_ Dr. Duff works with an extended team of athletictrainers, physical therapists, physician assistants andoffice staff optimizing care specific to the unique needsof the individual athlete. His goal is to utilize the team'straining and skill to effectively and compassionatelyserve athletes in their desire to return to play. _x000D_ Dr. Duff is a member of the American Academy ofOrthopaedics and Sports Medicine as well AAOS,WSMA and KCMS. _x000D_ Active in his community, he is the team physician forOlympic College, Kitsap Pumas (PDLS), West SoundWarriors Junior A Hockey team, Klahowya SecondarySchool and Kitsap Blue Jackets. He also providesphysician support for annual events such as wrestlingmeets and the Triturtle Sprint Triathlon. He is a Level4 certified ice hockey coach and assistant coach toboth his sons' teams. He plays for the Westsound BoneCrushers, but skis and travels with his wife and boys.
