Care Philosophy: My goal for treating patients is to provide a patient centered experience. I want my patients to take an active role in their care and decision making. I take pride in listening to how the patient is being affected by their ailment. I make sure the patient understands their diagnosis, taking as much time as they need to answer their questions and give them all conservative and surgical options that will fit their needs. It is my goal to use surgery only as a last resort when appropriate. Orthopedic problems affect people differently, depending on their age, medical conditions, occupation, hobbies and lifestyle. There are usually multiple correct treatments depending on those variables, and I strive to help my patients make treatment decisions that are right for their individual needs.
