Biography: Kavita Chawla, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician offering primary care for adults. Her special medical interests include diabetes and obesity management, cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment, women's health, preventive care and transgender care. _x000D_ Dr. Chawla enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their health care goals through genuine, honest interaction. _x000D_ Dr. Chawla is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is a clinical instructor with the University of Washington School of Medicine and residency faculty with the Virginia Mason Internal Medicine Residency program. _x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Chawla enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Hsu is dedicated to establishing a strong and long-lasting doctor-patient relationship. He encourages patients to make shared decisions on whether surgical intervention is necessary or appropriate. Non-operative management is always discussed and maximized.
