Liked Dr. Christman's very comfortable friendly, straight forward approach. A very good experience. Had problem with preregistration. Responded immediately to the online preregistration request before the appointment. When second request received, I was cocerned my response was not received so I called the office to confirm receipt and after lengthy hold; receipt was confirmed by the receptiionist. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told I had to fill out the regristration form. I explained the morning confromation but was told they were unable to find the original completed form. As a result, I had to redue the form which resulted in an hour delay in my appointment as I lost my place in the line.

Genuinely concerned about my well being. Very positive about how he can deal with my situation. Nice guy.

A caring Doctor about your health.

This is the second dr I have seen through Edmonds Orthopedic. Both times the Drs have been extremely dismissive, will not listen, and told me that they will not help me. Just because I have to go through the state and I don’t have top of the line insurance doesn’t mean I shouldn’t get the care needed. I felt rushed through my appointments, was talked over and made me feel awful. I will not be going back and I would never recommend anyone seek help from these drs.

Dr. Chrisman does a great job in explaining what comes next in a procedure, how it will feel and when it will be complete. Each of these steps sure helps in creating a less stressful situation. Just being able to talk about the procedure also helps a great deal.

Dr. Chrisman is very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and takes time to review what my medical issues are, as well as answering all of my questions. He is very genuine and compassionate in his demeanor, and he has a great sense of humor. I am very glad that a friend recommended him to me!
