He also has extensive experience managing spine trauma and spine oncology. Dr. Du's approach is to offer the least invasive methods possible to treat a patient™s condition and provide optimal outcomes. He has trained under world experts in minimally invasive, evidence-based spine surgery techniques that decrease pain, incision length and blood loss. He stresses shared decision-making, open communication and surgical safety. Dr. Du is a member of multiple spine and orthopedic societies. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers on topics such as disk replacement, robotics and safety in spine surgery.
