Biography: Dr. Marianne Hazelitt, a board-certified internal medicine specialist, completed her residency at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Touro University, following her degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology, magna cum laude, from Mountain State University. Named EmCare's Director of the Year in 2016, her honors include the Dean's List and a Clark County Scholarship. She has presented at conferences such as the American College of Physicians and the American Thoracic Society. Before joining us in 2024, Dr. Hazelitt practiced at Intermountain Healthcare in Las Vegas, NV. She was previously the medical director and internist of her private practice clinic in Pahrump, NV, and held roles as lead hospitalist and medical director at Desert View Hospital, Lake City Medical Center, and West Florida Hospital. Passionate about reversing chronic disease through nutrition and healthy living, Dr. Hazelitt believes in the power of listening to provide compassionate care.
