Awful. Long wait time. Will not return calls. Refills are very difficult sometimes requiring several phone calls. Just doesn't seem to care at all, poor Listener. Difficult to get an appointment. Receptionist told me my 30 minutes waiting on phone that I was lucky that most have to wait 45 minutes. I've never received such treatment from a doctor's office before.

New doctor is great but his reception is horrible. Wait for weeks before you get a follow up call or try to get a refill on your medication is waiting for forever and beyond...very sad!

I went to see Dr. Guerrero at the beginning of December as a new patient and didn't feel he was very thorough, did not go over blood work with me, and I am still waiting on a referral 3 months later. I recently got sick and called the office for an appointment 2 weeks ago and left a message on the machine because the receptionist never answers the phone and still waiting for a call back. I will be going back to my previous PCP even if that means I have to drive a little further.
