The Drs at this office NO LONGER LISTEN...
I started going to this Office in 2018. I had gotten to know 1 of the Nurse Practitioners, she always listened to my questions and concerns. As of lately i have been to the office 4 times in 4mths and it has been 'NEW' doctors every time and not 1 of them has listened to me. The last visit the Dr refused to write me a script because he sells his own version of the medication i need. They will literally try to push over priced shots and vitamins on you.

Very unsatisfactory. The office people are extremely rude and have no common sense nor understanding of the issues that the patients are going through.

Never Again
Worst care ever. Tried to convince me that every specialist I had ever seen in my long life was wrong and he knew better. Everyone else was wrong. When I went to his office for these crazy tests I paid full price only to have my blood work results given to me and no tests. I wouldn't go there for a paper cut.

Horrible experience. Very Rude and Unprofessional. Was told by the Dr himself it is what it is because they scheduled the visit incorrectly. Do yourself the favor and look up this poor excuse of a MD reviews.

CALL YOUR INSURANCE YOURSELF!!!!
All I’m going to say here PLEASE be your own advocate! If they charge you ANYTHING out of pocket please make sure to call your insurance because a lot of the time it’s supposed to be included from what my insurance told me! X-rays,labs,urinalysis! Obviously if you read some of these reviews I am not the only one! They were double dipping for me! But you need to call your insurance yourself. Their quality of care I would rather be seen in the ER that’s how bad they are. I started avoiding it until my symptoms got really bad to be diagnosed in the ER because they never helped me figure out what was wrong. Just do your research on your insurance and what’s covered. YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH

Worst health care ever
For one thing you will never see the doctor it'll be PA. They don't even keep close to their appointment time so plan to sit in their office all day. They don't follow up on tests you need or call and prescriptions without being asked repeatedly. Your pharmacy won't be able to get information to do a prior authorization because they don't follow up at this office. You will get a bunch of in office medical tests because it's easy revenue for the doctor. I work in health care and know how things should run. This is awful.

Although client volume tends to be heavy, I feel that I receive quality care. I have been a patient since 2015 and am still a satisfied patient to this day.

The only reason I'm still there is for all the services they provide, but in the 10 years there I've seen Dr Martinez a handful of times and if it wasn't because lately the so many different practitioners I've seen don't have their act together I would probably stay JUST because the convenience of all the services, 3 months ago one of them asked me about my shingles, I said: what shingles ?, and she was adamant that she'd seen my back, and again I said NO I had shingles once in my life about 15 years ago, so now I wonder who's file they had AND if every meds I'm on, are really necessary, and yes, it's time for a new Dr.

Staff unprofessional
I went to get a service done, I got there at 8 am and wasn’t brought up to the counter till 8:45 just for them to tell me the doctor doesn’t come in till 10:15. Why have me wait 40 minutes if you knew the time he came in. Sorry doc you lost a good chunk of money from medical spa side. Very unprofessional

never saw him
My experience was completely with his staff. As a new patient, I did not meet Dr. Martinez, which is unusual because my appointment was with him. I was asked several times if I wanted services, like x-rays, that were not necessary. When I saw an advertisement for a rental vacation property that Dr. Martinez owns in his exam room and the exam, I decided that he might not be the best doctor for me. I think that's very unprofessional and decided to not return.

Dr. Martinez is the RUDEST “doctor” I have ever met! I would never recommend such a narcissistic doctor to anyone! I could tell you all about his horrific treatment towards me but my rage rises every time I think about how I was belittled and made to feel stupid!

Came on the wrong appointment day and was persistent but they were completely helpful and agreed to take me in as a walk- in. Never said a cross word even though I was not in a great mood because I had taken off work and was not looking forward to asking for more time. Jennifer is awesome and so is the staff!

I had an appointment to both become a new patient (for persistent back pain) and also get a COVID test per my boss's request. (1) It was not explained to me that the initial test was an antibody test for someone RECOVERED from COVID. (2) When Dr Martinez entered the room, he asked his staff one question -- "Is he here for COVID testing or as a patient" -- and after they answered that I wanted to be seen for persistent back pain, the Dr answered his phone, spoke to someone on the phone about notaries and a property that he wanted to purchase, and left the room. (3) I was called a week later and told that I was positive for COVID; had to call back MULTIPLE times to figure out how to get a physical copy of the results for work. (4) I couldn't log in online to get those results because they had misspelled BOTH my first and last names. (5) I finally went back to the Drs office in-person to find out that I was ACTUALLY NEGATIVE for COVID. It would be impossible for me to trust that office.

Big mistake-two visits. As soon as he figured out so wouldn’t let him run unneeded tests he handed my file to his assistant and said “you just want wellness checks & prescription refills, they will handle it”. I had appointments and still waited for 45+ minutes each time, while he treated walk-ins for cosmetic and Botox shots. The staff failed to file for referrals to established specialists and I had to contact a patient advocate through my insurance provider. It was a nightmare’

Dr Mario Martinez and his staff are extremely helpful to me with a variety of my health care issues. Despite having a busy practice, I have been able to schedule an appointment the same day or walk in to one of his many clinics to receive the care I needed. His staff is very helpful and caring. I’ve had many MDs in my life, and it’s rare to find one as one as knowledgeable, accommodating, and concerned as Dr Mario Martinez and his staff. Dr Martinez is an amazing and caring individual.
