Dr. Tamra Fortenberry joined Matlock OB/GYN in 2008 after completing her Obstetrics and Gynecology training in the Memphis, Tennessee area.She attended medical school at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis and received her doctorate of medicine in 2004. Dr. Fortenberry then completed her residency at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2008.She is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Texas Medical Association, American Medical Association and the Tarrant County Medical Society.Dr. Fortenberry is active in healthcare community outreach and education programs.

Biography: Dr. Kremer is a Fellow of The American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He received his doctor of medicine from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2002, and he completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in 2006. Dr. Kremer serves as program director for the HCA Medical City Arlington Obstetrics & Gynecology residency program. He has a strong interest in gynecology, creating individualized patient-centered care plans for complex gynecology patients. Dr. Kremer is experienced with in-office gynecologic procedures and performs minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery. Dr. Kremer is passionate about the patient experience and was the 2020 recipient of the NRC Health Excellence in Human Understanding Award. Biography: Dr. Krystine Levy is a board-certified OB/GYN. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine, followed by her obstetrics and gynecology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the American Medical Association, and the Texas Medical Association. She loves working with women through all stages of life and strives to provide quality and compassionate care to her patients. Her clinical interests include contraception and pregnancy.She recently became a mother herself to their new baby girl, Blaire! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter Blaire, and their French bulldog, Roxy. They enjoy trying new restaurants, cooking and traveling.
