Don’t go there
I had my twins at this clinic and it was a bad experience, at first they acted nice and like they were going to take care of me. I maybe saw the doctor twice during the whole pregnancy, the other one would google my questions in front of me and the nurses acted like they didn’t know my name even after going weekly, front desk people also always acted like they didn’t know me. Had to ask multiple times to get my C-section scheduled then after I gave birth they didn’t care about my PPD and didn’t prescribe anything or refer to anyone and then acted like it was dumb of me to ask for a blood work after such traumatic pregnancy. Never felt supported at this clinic and even after this they wouldn’t schedule me for a well visit until after a year. Tried to call to make an appointment for an emergency situation and they don’t answer the phone or return calls. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

I was a patient of Dr Dooley for many years and she was the one who performed my surgery for endometriosis. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable; however, I felt like she would not listen to me or validate my concerns. I have an extensive medical background, so for her to not address or resolve my concerns was frustrating

Good doctor, mediocre experience
I saw Dr. Dooley for my first pregnancy. She’s very kind and I’m confident that in an emergency situation she would be able to take care of me and my baby. I chose her because of positive reviews saying the she was wonderful and hands on, but most of my appointments were with one of the two PAs. Being seen by three different people made me feel like I never built a relationship with anyone. I was also given some misinformation by a PA (later corrected by Dr. Dooley) that made me consider finding a new practice. When I went into labor Dr. Dooley was on call but they couldn’t get ahold of her. When she came in for her shift she asked if I wanted to have my premie that day or the next day. I asked her for advice, and she just said that that day baby’s lungs would be less developed, but the next we’d be at risk for infection, and she’d do whatever I wanted. No discussion of what was potentially more risky/harmful. Baby and I are fine, but I’m considering switching to a new doctor.

I was a first time patient and got there 15 min prior to my 11 am apt. After 11 am Mandy said that my insurance was not valid. I expressed that it is valid and she insisted condescendingly it was not. My mom was with me and was going to go home to print a new insurance card and we told Mandy. At 11:12, 3 minutes after my mom left, Mandy asked if she would be back by 11:15. I said she would be back in 15 min and asked if I could still be seen. She said not with insurance because they needed it prior but I could pay out of pocket. I called my mom to tell her to turn around and I would just pay the $118. As soon as I got off the phone at 11:17 I was told I could not be seen because I was past the 15 min grace period. At this point I was in tears but wanted to reschedule because of the great reviews of Dr. Dooley. The staff continued to be rude which is very disappointing because this was the first day of new journey and special time in my life as I was going to discuss starting a family.

I was 10 weeks pregnant and suffering symptoms of a UTI, they prescribed me a medication that I read CLEARLY on the label DO NOT take during your first trimester. When I called and asked if there was any thing else I could do they said impatiently to "just take the medication!" when I had clearly said I wasn't comfortable. when switching, I was told rudely that they don't have to send my info for 14 days, and then reminded of my $4 balance. This office does not care about you or your child.

Dr. Dooley is an amazing doctor! She helped me with my twin pregnancy which was my third pregnancy. Her staff was always friendly and helpful. She never disappointed me and I always felt comforted knowing I was under her care especially when I was admitted early because of my BP. I had my babies at 32 Weeks and my C-Section was a smooth as one could possibly be with Dr. Dooley.

Dr. Dooley is exactly the doctor I needed while having my first child. She has an excellent bedside manner and her nurses and PA's were all super friendly and helpful. Dr. Dooley spoke to me as my doctor but treated me as if we were two mothers having a conversation. There was never a hint of condescension or superiority while discussing my medical care which was so appreciated. Additionally, she kept me calm the entire time with her demeanor which helped me relax.

Dr. Dooley is really nice, but I have only been seen by her about 3-4 times so far. The rest of my visits have been with her PA. The waiting room is always packed & it seems we wait at least 30 minutes each time we go. One time we waited over an hour before being seen. Appointments are often rescheduled. Office staff is not the friendliest but that is probably because they are so busy. Financial office is super unhelpful and do not do what is best for the patient. I would switch Dr's if I could.

Dr. Dooley herself was nice. However, the practice is way over booked and it is run more like a puppy mill than an OB! I waited almost an hour and a half for a sono appointment and over an hour for my regular appointments! You have to call a 1-800 number and speak with an operator who will have a nurse or doctor call you back, which I think is insane! I am also RH (-) and this is my second child, so I knew I needed blood work regularly, which they didn't do! I switched doctors!!!!!

This office has been a joke since day one. It's almost comical how many times my appointments have been cancelled or changed. I have only seen the dr twice in the whole 33 weeks I've been pregnant, instead being seen by the nurse practitioner and another dr that practices in the office. The best part is they make you prepay half of your deductible and allowables per your insurance plan by week 28. For me this was $3300 so I can't even change doctors at this point even if I wanted to.

While Dr. Dooley herself seemed nice enough, she only actually came to five of my prenatal appt's. For all of the others I was surprised to find I would be seeing the PA instead. Nothing against the PA who was very nice, but I never developed any kind of raport with Dr. Dooley since I never really saw or spoke to her for most of my pregnancy. Also the office staff was horrible and scheduled all nine months of my appt.'s without consulting me first.
