I've been a patient for over 10 years and my daughter is also. We have both recently had issues with staff saying they don't take either of our insurance, when indeed they do. Seems like they just call one number, usually a wrong one, and then just say 'we don't take your insurance'. It's a shame because Dr. Reddy is really awesome. The healthcare system is broken and a lot of employees just don't try to do anything extra anymore.

Very little response after doctor visit.
Doctor had asked us to do some bloodwork, after the results are out, hardly any response from Doctor for asking questions on the results. Very disappointed

Best Dr. & Midwife Duo!!
When I first found out I was pregnant I had just moved to TX and I was so nervous trying to find a good OBGYN, especially since this was my first pregnancy and I had horrible previous experiences with prior doctors. Dr. Reddy and Mary were so gentle and sweet and always took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the whole pregnancy journey and after care. I could not recommend them enough. Thanks to them I have my healthy baby boy. Delivery couldn’t have gone any smoother. They have gained a loyal lifetime patient.

Great experience since Im
I have been seeing Dr Reddy since 2013 since I found out I had uterine fibroids. And now Me and my fiancé is trying to conceive and she still great as ever. Friendly staff she listens to understand and is very up front of what the plans are. Im very comfortable with her and pray that she will help me deliver a healthy baby once we get a positive test.

We love Dr. Reddy! She has been so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole pregnancy. I am dealing with kidney stones and at the end of my last trimester- and she has been very flexible and helpful in finding a urologist to work alongside her once I deliver. Absolutely recommend her 5 out of 5!!

I have been going to Dr. Reddy for two years now, and will continue to see her because of the great care provided. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but I dont mind I always go prepared knowing it may take a little longer than expected. Only because I've been in her office asking her 100 questions and she answers them all and has never rushed my appointment because another one has showed up. She takes her time with patients, and shows that she cares for your health and concerns. I recommend her to all of my friends and family.

I called to talk to the receptionist this morning at 9:53 and she was beyond rude. She was not helpful and did not even want to help me. Instead, she referred me to google. Normally, a receptionist would be kind and do what needs to be done to help someone. I’m sorry that I was ever referred here. If this is how the front office is, I’d hate to see how the doctor is.

She takes her time and makes sure you are completely informed and understand everything. She is one of the best Dr.'s I've ever had. I've never felt rushed in any of my regular appointments, before or after surgery, or during and pre/post op appointments. She is very easy to talk to and has your best interest at heart even if that means referring you to another Dr. I have a few friends that also go to her and we all love her! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Reddy to anyone!!!
