Biography: Eric Fester, MD graduated from the United State Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. He attended medical school at The Uniformed Services University of Health Services in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Fester completed his internship at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base, CA and his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base, TX. He completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Cincinnati, OH. Dr. Fester is a diplomate and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a member of the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine. Dr. Fester offers the newest cartilage restoration technique available, matrix-induced autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) cartilage transplant. MACI transplant, a two-step procedure using the patient's own cartilage, is most effective for active patients, from their teens to 50s.

Biography: Dr. Jeffrey Jamesis a graduate of the University of Dayton and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency training at Trihealth Bethesda. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is board certified in family medicine with added qualification in sports medicine. He practices withPremier Orthopedics. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. He is also Medical Director for the Miami Valley Hospital South sports medicine programs and is team physician for Centerville High School athletics. Biography: Jennifer Jerele, MD, received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Jerele completed her fellowship at Duke University Medical Center (NC). Dr. Jerele is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Pam Werner, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Werner is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been with Premier Health Primary Care - Brown Street, previously known as Miami Valley Primary Care, since February 2003.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Biography: Matthew A. Dorweiler, MD is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH and his orthopedic surgery sports medicine fellowship from The Ohio State University. Dr. Dorweiler is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Deitrice Chapman, MD is a graduate of Oakwood College and Loma Linda University Medical School. She completed her residency in family practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Chapman is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. She has a special interest in women's health. Dr. Chapman has been with South Town Family Practice and Premier Physician Network since October 2006.

Biography: Mick Denen, MD is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Wright State University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Denen is certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. He has been with Internal Medicine and Pediatrics of Centerville since 1991.

Biography: Anoopa Hodges, DO has shared her expertise in managing acute and chronic illness in the adult population, including geriatrics, since 2004. Dr. Hodges has focused on preventative care medicine in a personal and friendly atmosphere since 2009. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, she is able to perform manipulative treatment as well. As a Primary Care Physician, she oversees all aspects of a patient's care and refers to specialists when necessary. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
