Best Doctor I’ve ever had!

I have moved and had to change Drs. I will be fortunate if I can find a Dr as good as this one. She is caring easy to talk with and excellent follow through. I will miss her

Dr Swartzwelder is an excellent provider. She truly listens, is not rushed and I feel like she truly cares about each patient. I moved 30 miles away but have kept her as my PCP.

Dr Cozad is absolutely the best Dr out there. She "gets" her patients and make them feel comfortable. Always spot on with her treatments and extremely intelligent. Premier Health is lucky to have such a gifted Dr. We recommend her to any lucky person that gets to use her services. Please take care of her. She's a good one and we know - we are old!

Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is excellent. Patient, caring, kind. Great memory of her patients and their needs. Mostly she spends a great deal of time talking to her patients and her bedside manner is fantastic. I have already recommended her to a friend.
