Biography: Nancy was born in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee near the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. She was inspired to become a pediatrician after watching her grandfather, a general practitioner, care for families. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, then graduated from Vanderbilt University Medical School. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver where she met the Partners in Pediatrics ``family``. Dr. Lataitis is married and has two children. She enjoys skiing, travel, and time with her family and two dogs. She has been an active volunteer in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Adam's Camp, a Colorado non-profit providing intensive therapy for children. Her special interest are adolescents, asthma, and children with special needs.

Biography: Matt has been a pediatrician at Cherry Creek Pediatrics since 2000. He completed an engineering undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado in Boulder and attended medical school at St. Louis University. He completed a residency in Pediatrics at The University of Colorado School of Medicine and has served two terms as a medical staff board member at Children's Hospital Colorado. He has an interest in supporting children with academic difficulties and has been a Board Member at The Havern School since 2006. He is an active member of the Colorado Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and recently received Colorado's CDC Childhood Immunization Champion Award for his efforts promoting access to childhood immunizations. Matt is married to Sydnee and they enjoy Colorado adventures with their three children Brennen, Carter, and Molly.

Care Philosophy: Elise Yerelian, MD, is a family medicine specialist treating all ages. She values the ability to build long-term relationships with her patients and treat them holistically with disease management, well checks, sick visits, mental health support and more. Dr Yerelian earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, before achieving her medical degree at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. She also completed residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver. Outside of work, Dr Yerelian stays busy camping, backpacking, skiing, working out, and spending time with her husband, children and friends.
