Very disrespectful appointment staff. They were thrilled - "Oh, perfect!!"- to find out I have in-network insurance and then told me they would be "wasting an appointment" on me doing blood work for hair loss and irregular periods "if it came back that there was no endocrine issue and insurance would not pay for the appointment". When I told her I'd contact an office then that doesn't feel I am wasting their time, she said, "Uhhu, bye," and hung up.

I have worked for decades in healthcare, and I think I'm able to discern good providers from bad, efficient and well-run offices from those with training and morale problems. Dr. Loughner and his staff are top notch. They have always had excellent communication with me, from scheduling, to billing, to followup notification of test results. I feel very fortunate to have this medical resource in the community, and am glad I chose him for my health care needs

Bad experience with this doctor. Gave me beta blockers for hyperthyroidism. Told him I was so dizzy had to go to Emergency room. Scoffed and discounted had anything to do with beta blockers. Is WAS the cause. Very arrogant. Wish I never went to him.

The worst front desk staff member I have ever delt with. She made my appt. and answered my questions over the phone. When I went to the office she was short and rude......she spent several minutes texting on her phone. Come I find out she lied about insurance coverage and told me "oh well if you cant pay your bill you can go to collections." When I asked to speak to a office manager she claimed she was the manager. I will be looking into filing a official complaint on this office.
