HAD EYE SURGERY, IT WENT VERY WELL. STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AT SURGERY CENTER. OFFICE VISIT NEXT DAY WENT VERY WELL.

They used a video remote interpreter. That's good.

This visit was good because my wait time was not long. Both the examiner and the Doctor were very efficient and thorough in their evaluations. Made me feel comfortable.

Suggestion 1-First attendee nurse needs some soft tone and polite.2-Staff to attend patients for their concerns and must not limit with your concerns only

Very thorough, knowledgeable. and he works to find the best solution for eye treatments. Explains well and keeps tabs.

The weight is always long, but the doctors in that practice are very good and have a big following so you have to wait

Dr. Fudemberg is not the one who will chat with his patient at length. Thus, it took me a while to 'warm up' to my regular visits that are required to monitor and treat my eye pressure and glaucoma. And now I value his style and his efficient approach very much. Dr. Fudemberg's knowledge and care keep my vision stable - thank you from the depth of my heart!

I appreciate his honest assessments of his findings. I trust his credentials and that he will do everything in his power to give me the best results. I'm thankful.

Excellent procedure performed by Doctor and his support team. Made Comfortable and relax before and afterwards by team. Third time at this surgery center and all visits have been better than I have expected. I highly rate this facility and Doctor and support team.

I had to wait for at least a half hour before I was seen. I don’t have a problem doing so, since I am a health professional and I understand things happen. HOWEVER, while I was waiting, I asked one of the women who works at the eyeglasses desk if she could help me straighten my glasses. There was no one with her that I could see. She gave me a curt response that no, she had a patient. I said okay and sat down, and a patient did show up. HOWEVER, after the patient left, this woman sat there looking at her computer, knowing that I was sitting 20 feet away from her, and made no effort to engage me. If she had been my employee, and I found out how she treated my patient, she would have at least been given a talking to.BUT, my employees would never do that, because they are trained better.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE BEHAVIOR! Unacceptable in my office!
