Rushed through process yet so long
I show up, start relatively on time, then end up there for about 1.5 hours because the doctor just dips in and out of the room instead of giving her full attention to one patient at a time. I ended up with contacts I can't even see out of because she was too tired to care. And now I have to figure out where else to go and pay another 100+ for a contact fitting because when I've called to try and fix it, I just get out on hold for over ten minutes and then it flips to voicemail. So frustrating.
