Biography: Dr. Nupoor Narula earned her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she graduated with Distinction in Research. She completed a 3-year Internal Medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She pursued a Vascular Medicine fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital, is board-certified in Vascular Medicine, and is skilled in whole body vascular imaging, earning her Registered Physician in Vascular Imaging credential after extensive training in vascular ultrasound. She completed her Cardiovascular Diseases fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical College. During her Fellowship, she trained under Dr. Mary J. Roman and Dr. Richard B. Devereux, with a special emphasis on the clinical and imaging evaluation of individuals with aortic diseases. During her Fellowship, she also served as the President of the American Heart Association Cardiovascular Fellows Society of Greater New York. She received grant funding for her research during her Fellowship by the Michael Wolk Heart Foundation and is currently a Fund for the Future Grant Kellen Scholar at Weill Cornell Medicine.In addition to her outpatient clinical practice, she will serve as an attending on the inpatient Cardiology unit and interpret both echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound imaging. Biography: Dr. David Majure is the Medical Director of the Heart Transplant Service at Weill Cornell Medicine. He specializes in the care of patients with heart failure, patients requiring or who have a heart transplant or ventricular assist device (LVAD), and patients with pulmonary hypertension.Dr. Majure received his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as well as a Masters in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He completed his training in cardiology and advanced heart failure at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine. He subsequently served as Director of Research of the Advanced Heart Failure Program at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C and Director of Mechanical Circulatory Support at North Shore University Hospital, where he developed the left ventricular assist device (LVAD) program. He has contributed extensively to research and has served as principal investigator in multiple clinical trials, exploring all aspects of advanced heart failure. Dr. Majure has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor since 2020.

Biography: Erden Goljo, MD is a practicing cardiac electrophysiologist at Weill Cornell Medical Center and anAssistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell School of Medicine.Dr. Goljo was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina and grew up on Long Island, NY. He received his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, completed internal medicine training at Yale New Haven Hospital, and completed general cardiology training at Stony Brook University Hospital on Long Island, where he was named chief cardiology fellow. Biography: Dr. Peter M. Okin is a Professor of Medicine, Director of Clinical Affairs and Director of the Cardiac Graphics Laboratory in the Division of Cardiology of the Department of Medicine at Weill Cornell.Dr. Okin completed his undergraduate education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1976, obtaining a degree in chemistry. He completed his medical education at Cornell University Medical College in 1980, remaining at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center for his residency in Internal Medicine from 1980 to 1983 and for his fellowship in Cardiology from 1983 to 1986. Dr. Okin joined the faculty in the Division of Cardiology at Cornell Medical College in 1986 and has remained on faculty at Weill-Cornell since that time.Dr. Okin's primary area of interest is in electrocardiography. He is committed to the development of new methods for improving diagnosis and risk stratification using the rest and exercise electrocardiogram and has published extensively in these areas. He has been a dedicated teacher of electrocardiography for over 20 years and actively participates in the administration of the Cardiology Fellowship Program and in the clinical programs of the Division of Cardiology. He is a member of numerous societies, including the American Heart Association and American College of Cardiology, serves on numerous national committees and on the editorial boards of a number of journals.

Biography: Gioia Turitto, MD is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Dr. Turitto graduated from University Campus Biomedico Di Roma and completed her medical internship, residency and fellowships at SUNY Health Science Center. Dr. Turitto's clinical interests include arrhytmia ablation, risk stratification for sudden cardiac death, device implantation, syncope and heart failure. Dr. Turitto is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University.

Biography: Dr. Shudhanshu Alishetti is an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist and is affiliated with NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical Center. He received his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He went on to complete a residency at University of Southern California, Cardiology Fellowship at California Pacific Medical Center, and Advanced Heart Failure at Columbia University Medical Center.

Biography: Dr. SeanMendez is a non-invasive cardiologist at New York PresbyterianBrooklyn-Methodist Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine atWeill Cornell Medical College. His clinicalinterests include preventive cardiology, valvular heart disease, andcardiovascular imaging, including echocardiography, stress testing, andvascular imaging. In addition to seeing patients in his outpatient clinic, heprovides inpatient care in the cardiac care unit, cardiac telemetry unit, andconsultative cardiology service. Dr. Mendez is passionate about providing hispatients with the highest-quality, comprehensive cardiovascular care. Biography: Dr. Harout Yacoub is a board-certified cardiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is also the director of advanced cardiac imaging at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. Dr. Yacoub's clinical expertise includes coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, general clinical cardiology, and preventative cardiology. As a multimodality imager, he holds board certifications in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI. A graduate of Tishreen University, Dr. Yacoub completed his residency, chief residency, and cardiovascular disease fellowship at the Hofstra Zucker School of Medicine Northwell Health Staten Island University Program. He subsequently completed an advanced cardiac imaging fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Before joining NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, Dr. Yacoub was the Director of Cardiac Imaging and Echocardiography at Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital and an assistant professor at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell. Dr. Yacoub's interests focus on coronary plaque analysis, coronary physiology, applications of multimodality imaging in cardiovascular disease, structural preprocedural planning, cardiac MRI, and cardiac PET. Fluent in Arabic and Armenian, Dr. Yacoub is dedicated to delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care to diverse patient populations.

Biography: Dr. Nino Mihatov is a board certified interventional and structural cardiologist at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn-Methodist Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Mihatov's clinical focus is in providing each patient with the optimal therapies in the area of valvular heart disease and coronary artery disease. His main focus is on the use of cutting-edge tools to perform percutaneous coronary intervention, transcatheter valve replacement or repair with devices such as TAVR or TEER, and stroke prevention with left atrial appendage occlusion devices and closure of patent foramen ovales (PFOs). Dr. Mihatov obtained his BS from Georgetown University followed by his MD from Duke University School of Medicine. He then completed his internal medicine residency, chief medical residency, and general cardiology fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School where he was chief fellow. Thereafter, he completed fellowships in interventional cardiology and structural heart disease at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital. He currently serves as the associate program director for the general cardiology fellowship and medical director of the cardiac intensive care unit. Dr. Mihatov's research interests focus on the implementation of novel devices into clinical practice and outcomes associated with interventional procedures. He has authored recent publications in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Circulation, and the New England Journal of Medicine. Dr. Mihatov is fluent in Croatian and Spanish.
