I have been visiting the Baptist Eye Surgeons for all my eye care for longer than I can remember. I am 94 and on my 3rd Dr. now. My first, unfortunately, was killed in an airplane crash over the Smokies, a wonderful person. then replaced by my Dr. from CO. who recently retired. At present I am in the care of Dr. Carrera. All were and are fantastic. I have had nothing but the best of care for all these many years. Highly recommended.

Saw the optometrist and liked the fact the glasses and contacts could be ordered on site. Friendly physician and closer to home.

Dr. Smith is the consummate professional. When trusting something as important as one's eyesight to a provider, it is comforting to have all the confidence in the world that you will be provided with excellent care. In addition, I always look forward to reading his wonderful Christmas letter each year. How many doctors do that?

I moved to TN three years ago and dreaded the thought of having to find a new eye doctor. I went to Dr. Darin Smith at Baptist Eye Surgeons and knew I had made the right choice! Dr. Smith has gone above and beyond to help me when I had a puzzling eye problem and immediately found a solution. I’m so thankful I found him and Baptist Eye Surgeons!

Dr. Smith is the most amazing doctor. I have total trust in him. I have been a patient since I was a teenager with this practice. I am now close to retiring so you can do the math. Dr. Hall was my original MD ( now retired ) I took a fall several years ago and sustained a hit to my face which resulted in me haviing a mis aligment in my eye. On exam with Dr. Smith, it took him probably less than 15 seconds to see that I had a vertical mis aligment and sent me straight away to a eye muscle specialist. But again, I think this practice is amazing and I would not trust my eyes to any one else.

Marc Bodenheimer is very good doctor and he always care of my eyes real good .

I had eye surgery about 6 months ago and I am very happy with my results. I can see with clarity for the first time ever. I have wore glasses since I was in the 5th grade and now I am glasses free! Dr. Murchison and his professional staff Erin Rutherford and Morgan Bailey were a pleasure as well as a blessing. I would recommend everyone to come see Dr. Murchison. He is great!

EXCELLENT!!!! My wife and I both go there. Dr. Darin Smith is very good and will take great care of you. If he see an issue that he needs help on, there are other physicians in their group that are excellent. Recommended them to a friend and his wife, and they are more than pleased with.

The first time I visited Baptist Eye Surgeons was September 20, 2021. My appointment was with Dr. Darin Smith at the Chapman Hwy office. The experience was very professional. I was pleased with the calming atmosphere, low Christian music was playing in the background. My time was not rushed. I was prescribed eye glasses and have been satisfied with them. I would highly recommend The Baptist Eye Surgeons to anyone who is looking for a caring eye doctor.

This is an amazing group of eye doctors I started with Dr Cook and was devastated when he retired, however they assigned me to Dr Sweet and I could not be happier He is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to take the time to test my eyes perfectly. i would highly recommend this group of doctors to anyone in need of eye care. Especially Dr Sweet. Dr Sweets name is not under the provider name below but Dr Sweet is now my Dr. Dr Cook has retired.

There is nothing I can say that will express adequately my extreme gratitude and profound appreciation of Dr. Bodenheimer's skill, knowledge, understanding, and empathy. I had consulted another eye center concerning cataract surgery. After five weeks wearing only outdated and weak glasses, I decided to obtain a second opinion. My analysis at Baptist Eye Center was almost the exact opposite of the tests completed at Southeast Eye Surgery Center. I had been told by SE that I would have to first remedy my dry eye problem, wear no hard/gas permeable contact lenses for an extended period of time (already 5 weeks) and then consult a retina specialist for a possible hole in my retina before cataract surgery could even be considered. After weeks of one thing and then another, I chose to consult Dr. Bodenheimer. I will forever be thankful for that decision. I am one and a half weeks out from my second cataract surgery. The results could not be better. My vision is perfect.

A complete and extensive eye exam. Everyone is very nice and accommodating. Barbara was great with my contact lens fitting as well.
