Dr. Marc Bodenheimer, MD

Before I selected Dr. Marc Bodenheimer to perform my cataract surgery, I had consultations with two other ophthalmologists. I was impressed with both Dr. Bodenheimer's credentials and his demeanor. I am truly overjoyed with my results, and I intend to continue seeing Dr. Bodenheimer for my annual exams.

I went to this guy years ago and was diagnosed as having RCE and had laser surgery which I'm still not sure was necessary but just before while I'm strapped into a chair with my eye stuck wide open like Alexander Delarge, this guy and staff stopped to pray! So I was stuck there with my eye exposed and burning while they do their voodoo chants. Very very unprofessional.

First visit. Found Dr Bodenheimer to be personable, informative regarding my eye issues, professional and very helpful. Will continue to see Dr Bodenheimer in the future.

Dr. Bodenheimer went above and beyond helping me decide on the correct lens for my eyes to improve my vision when removing the cataracts. He took his time and explained every step in detail. He called after the fact to check on how I was doing. He has a calm and caring attitude for his patients. I felt secure in knowing I was in good hands.

He was kind, and caring for my treatment with a professional assessment! My wife loves him for cataracts!

Dr. Bodenheimer did my cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He and the staff were wonderful in answering my questions and calming my fears before surgery. The follow up after surgery was so helpful as well. I am very pleased with the improvement in my vision. They take great care of their patients. Excellent as usual. The physicians and staff at Baptist Eye Surgeons are top notch. I’m never hesitant to trust the doctor’s recommendations and suggestions. The techs are friendly and so welcoming. Check in and check out are kind. Sometimes there is a little wait but that it is expected at all doctors offices, I feel like. Plus I am thankful that my doctor spends time listening to my concerns and doesn’t rush me. Which is what he does for other patients I assume which may cause a short delay.

Pays little attention to patients. Pushed for expensive procedures which turned out to be ineffective, and conducted supersitious rituals during surgery. I have since switched to another Ophthamologist.
