It was my first visit there. The staff was outstanding & helpful. Dr Cook, was very patient, explained everything, asked if I had any concerns or questions, & did a awesome job on my Lazar Surgery. It was a great experience from the time I got there. Thank you all.

I had a general wellness check at my General Practitioners office, and they asked me when I last had an eye examination, it was back in the 1960's. It was arranged through my insurance company to visit Dr. Cook. The receptionists were so pleasant and humorous, and it was a welcoming feeling. I was taken into a room for some testing initially with another lady, who was very pleasant. Dr. Cook then took over, and explained what he was doing, however was really interested about me as a person!!

After meeting Dr. Cook a couple of years ago I have recommended him to everybody I have came in contact with that needed a eye doctor. I wore glasses from age 9 til 59 and assumed I would wear them for the rest of my life. I developed cateracks on both eyes. He preformed surgery and now I have 20/20 vision in both eyes. I loved the fact that he was never in a hurry, explained everything and answered every questions I had.
