She grew up in Alabama and attended Huntington College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. She completed her medical school training at University of South Alabama. She completed internship and residency at University of South Alabama Women's and Children's Hospital in Mobile, Alabama, where she was Chief resident her senior year. Dr. Finger has served as Chairman of the OB/GYN Department and as Vice-Chief of Staff of Medical City Denton. Dr. Finger enjoys taking care of women in all phases of life. She enjoys teaching young women about cycle control, gardasil, contraception and ovarian cysts. She has had Da Vinci Robotic training for minimally invasive surgery. Her husband Ken is a native of Duncanville, TX and he is a mechanical engineer and avid soccer fan. Dr. Popov is a native of New Jersey. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the America College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Popov completed her internship in 1997 and residency in 2000, both at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA in Obstetrics and Gynecology. At graduation, she received the Resident Teacher of the Year Award. She received a Master's of Business Administration in 2012 from the University of Massachusetts. She served as past president of Denton County Medical Society and past Credentials Chairman at North Texas Hospital and was a member of the Council on Socio-economics for Texas Medical Association. She is trained as a robotic surgeon and has been doing robotic surgery since 2007. She is also trained to perform VNOTES (vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery) hysterectomies. Her current interests include minimally-invasive surgery, menopausal management, and hereditary cancer screening. Her outside interests include travel, film festivals, animal rights issues, pursuing a healthy vegan lifestyle, and trying new endeavors. She and husband, Kevin Kirchner, have eight (down from thirteen) feline "children" and she loves getting candid shots of wild animals on her multiple critter cams.

Dr. Bell graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with an undergraduate degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then pursued her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Dr. Bell completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland in Pontiac, Michigan. She chose the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology because of the versatility the field. It provided her the opportunity to practice office-based medicine, in addition to delivering infants and performing surgery. She enjoys being able to establish a long-term relationship with her patients while advocating for women's health. In her free time, Dr. Bell enjoys traveling, cooking, and wine tasting.
