Dr. Parker then returned to the Midwest where he attended the University of Wisconsin to complete his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery before returning to Las Vegas in 1998. While in Wisconsin, Dr. Parker received extensive training in both reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Parker's reconstructive training includes microsurgery, head and neck, breast and gynecological reconstructive following tumor extirpation, and facial and lower extremity reconstruction following trauma.
