Dr. Joseph Kiener, MD

I went to Joseph Kiener 4 years ago for a deviated septum. I ended up having a rhinoplasty. I was told repeatedly to let the swelling go down. When I went back a year after the surgery for a follow up, I mentioned my concerns about the enlarged bottom of my nose. I was again told that it could be caused by swelling. To this day, almost 4 years later, my nose is “swollen” at the bottom and I am not happy with the outcome. After once again expressing my concerns to the office, I was told that my procedure was covered by insurance (hinting at the fact that my surgery did not get the same level of care due to being covered by insurance). I also have a scar at the bottom that is much larger than it should be. Dr. Kiener was unconcerned with my frustrations and handled my insecurity about his operation rudely and with arrogance. Avoid this Dr.

Dr. Kiener was professional and nice during my rhinoplasty adventure. He thoroughly explained what was possible and what was not and was kind. He provided excellent care and answered every question I had through this process. His nurse Jill was wonderful and readily available for after procedure phone calls. I really can't say enough about Jill. During my one rough recovery day, she talked to me and assured me it was normal and encouraged me to keep using the saline spray. The rest of the staff, I'm sorry I didn't get each of their names for this review, at this office were friendly and professional. My procedure and the recovery so far has been great. I do want to have one more procedure later this year and will only see Dr. Kiener and his staff when I am ready. They are the best and a great example of how medical care should be.

Dr. Kiener is amazing! I had a surgery 6 years ago and I'm still pleased with the results and could not be any happier!

Last year I finally reached my weight loss goals. Down 60 pounds, I had very deflated breasts, and a bit of sagging excess tummy skin. After a referral to Dr. Kiener from a friend, I scheduled a consult for a mommy makeover with him. After that visit, my husband and I decided to go ahead and schedule the surgery. Dr. Kiener did exactly what I asked... remove the skin, and make the breasts look great, but natural. I'm so happy with the results. The office staff is amazing. His nurse is the sweetest lady ever. There is almost never a wait for appointments. If you ever have an issue or question, they are very happy and quick to help.

Dr. Kiener is a Master at his Craft in being skillful and knowledgeable: i.e. I had a facelift with very little scarring and I healed very quickly - he simply erased away 15 years as if I never had a facelift at all! Also, Dr. Kiener possesses the utmost integrity and I felt he had my best interest at heart at all times with his commitment to ensuring my happiness. As for his staff, they are all warm and friendly, as well as professional. I am forever grateful with my experience! :)

Dr. Kiener did EXACTLY what I asked him to do -Tummy liposuction. The results EXCEEDED my expectations!! He has a wonderful manner and an outstanding staff. I had no down time and just a little bit of discomfort. I had gone to a another plastic surgeon and inquired about the same procedure and he recommended a TUMMY TUCK !!!! no thank you. Dr. Kiener is a very talented surgeon and I highly recommend him! I've had 3 surgeries over the last 15 years and have been extremely happy with the results.
