Care Philosophy: Dr. Man Le earned his medical degree from the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his residency in Anesthesia at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He practiced anesthesia for several years before discovering the then-new field of pain management. It was a new field I wanted to explore, Dr. Le says. I saw a lot of people suffering from chronic pain. It was a big obstacle in their lives and I realized I could make a difference. That led him to pursue fellowship training in Pain Medicine at Georgetown. He comes to Pain Relief Centers " Boca Raton from South Florida Pain Relief Centers, where he served as medical director for the past 3 years. Previously, he worked at the Comprehensive Pain Management Center in Baton Rouge, La. Before that, Dr. Le served as an attending physician for the Department of Anesthesia and as the medical director for the Pain Management Center at Boca Raton Regional Hospital for more than 10 years. His love of innovation in medicine and individualized care led him to Pain Relief Center. Helping people is very fulfilling to me and you have to be open to finding the best solution for each patient. In his spare time, Dr. Le enjoys tennis, sports and travel. Biography: Dr. Ashish Sahai is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in spinal surgery. Drawing on his biomedical engineering training as well as his medical experience from Stanford University, Dr. Sahai holds several patents for spinal implants and also is a consultant with several spine surgery device companies to design new techniques and implants. With his experience he teaches other surgeons, both nationally and internationally, and works closely with area hospitals, handling everything from the routine to highly complex spinal surgery cases. The Spine and Orthopedic Center was founded by Dr. Sahai with the intention of combining cutting edge technology with multidisciplinary specialty physicians to supply patients with a comprehensive center that provides the very best outcomes. Dr. Sahai's mission is to provide superior quality care, personalized service, and education to his patients so they can confidently make informed decisions about their treatment plan and lifelong wellness. SOC is fully equipped for diagnosing and treating severely debilitating spinal problems, including a high-field MRI, digital X-ray and fluoro technology, a state accredited sedation procedure suite, and an onsite CLIA & COLA accredited laboratory. This allows Dr. Sahai and his team to successfully handle almost any type of spinal condition and treat it accordingly. Due to the sedation being offered in the office, procedures such as kyphoplasty (cement) for compression fractures, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for neck and back pain as well as epidurals can now be performed on a comfortable, immediate and outpatient basis. Dr. Sahai specializes in minimally-invasive spine surgery -- a less invasive way to approach spine surgery with less blood loss, shorter hospital stay and faster recovery times. Dr. Suthar is a double-board certified physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Management. She earned her medical degree from B.J. Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. She completed her residency in Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Florida. She completed fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management from Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals, Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Suthar also holds a Masters of Public Health from Florida International University, Miami, Florida. She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and serves on the editorial boards of scientific journals. Dr. Suthar sees patients at the Highlands clinic. How long have you worked in your field? I have spent 4 years in training and research and 3 years in clinical practice. I also served as a chief resident during my residency training. Describe your clinical specialties. What are some interesting facts about you? In my free time, I enjoy traveling to different places and exploring different cultures. I love traditional and contemporary dancing. I am fluent in Hindi and Gujarati. What childhood memory do you have about visiting the doctor? The amount of trust we put in the physician and their role in making us feel better impressed me every time I visited a doctor as a child.

He earned his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio and went on to complete an internal medicine internship with St. Vincents Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Dr. Lee completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at NYU School of Medicine Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by fellowship training in EMG, musculoskeletal, and interventional spine care. He currently serves as President of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.Dr. Lee is committed to providing personalized care to each of his patients in an effort to help them break free from chronic pain. She earned her medical degree from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME and went on to complete a medical/surgical internship with Saint Michaels Medical Center, Newark, NJ. Dr. Sharma completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NYU School of Medicine Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, followed by fellowship training in the subspecialty of interventional pain management and spine disorders with Florida Spine Institute.Dr. Sharma is active in several professional associations including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Florida Academy of Pain Medicine, Florida Society of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. With her extensive and varied training, Dr. Sharma is able to offer patients a multi-faceted approach to chronic pain management.
