Biography: Preston Waldrop, MD, FAAOS, a board-certified and fellowship trained surgeon with LewisGale Physicians in Salem, Virginia has provided care to residents in the Roanoke Valley for more than 32 years. He grew up in Salem and returned with his family in 1991 to practice orthopedics. Dr. Waldrop's medical training began at the University of Virginia, followed by orthopedic training at Emory University in Atlanta. Biography: Dennis Chen, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with LewisGale Physicians in Salem, Virginia. He has a history of academic excellence, graduating with honors from the highly competitive combined undergraduate and medical degree program at the University of Florida College of Medicine. Biography: Robyn Hakanson, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon in Salem, Virginia.Dr. Hakanson graduated from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, NC.
