Biography: Marsha L. Lachaud, DO, FACOOG, is an expert Obstetrics and Gynecology board-certified by the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Lachaud earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia. She completed her OB/GYN residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York. In her free time, Dr. Lachaud enjoys reading, listening to live music, traveling, strength training and taking care of her dog Freddie.

Biography: Kristal Sheets, MD, is an OB/GYN who earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Tampa, FL, where she also completed a residency in OB/GYN. Dr. Sheets also holds a Master of Science in Global Medicine from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Sheets cares for patients throughout all stages of their pregnancy journeys including preconception, pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. She also advocates for overall female reproductive wellbeing and treats a wide range of associated gynecologic conditionssuch as those listed below. Dr. Sheets is multilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and Mandarin. She enjoys exercise,cooking, and spending time with her family in her free time.
