Care Philosophy: Samuel Holmes, MD, is double board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pain management. His goal is to provide comprehensive, integrative, multidisciplinary care to include medication management, interventional procedures, education and guidance to better understand and transcend the complexities of chronic pain. He fully believes the patient-provider relationship is central to this endeavor. Dr. Holmes is a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, and Society of Medical Consultants to the Armed Forces. Dr. Holmes is the former Chief of the Interdisciplinary Pain Management Center at Madigan Army Medical Center on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, where he and Dr. Adam Olsson developed and implemented multiple systems and programs of health for service members, retirees, veterans and their family members.

Biography: E. Owen Martinez, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with special medical interest in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy. _x000D_ Dr. Martinez understands that neurologic diseases are complex, often affecting the physical, mental and emotional aspects of one's life. As such, his goal is to always give world-class, compassionate care, treating not only the underlying pathology but also the whole person. _x000D_ Dr. Martinez is a Diplomate of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and holds an added qualification in VEEG monitoring through the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology. He is a member of the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society, American Academy of Neurology and American Medical Association.

Care Philosophy: Dr. McMullen cares for patients of all ages and abilities with the goal of getting people back to what they love. He treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on non-operative treatment strategies. While he works with a variety of athletes, he has a particular interest in climbers and is currently fostering a relationship with the local climbing community in an effort to combat injuries in this rapidly growing sport.
