Biography: Dr. Samantha M. Pfeifer is an Associate Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology and Clinical Reproductive Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. A board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist, her specialties include in vitro fertilization, ovulation induction and fertility preservation (egg freezing). She has a special interest in reproductive surgery, and is a noted expert on the surgical management of Mllerian anomalies. Dr. Pfeifer is regularly featured in Castle Connolly's annual Best Doctor list, among other regional and national best-physician lists. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Pfeifer is active in leading professional societies as well as medical research and education. She serves as Chair of the Practice Committee of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and has authored or co-authored original research on IVF, Mllerian anomalies and the management of hormonal disorders in adolescent girls. Dr. Pfeifer is a frequent invited speaker at regional and national medical conferences, and has been recognized for her commitment to the education of the next generation of physicians, including by the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology's Mentor of the Year Award in 2010. Dr. Pfeifer graduated from Bryn Mawr College with an A.B. in Economics. She completed her medical degree, residency (Obstetrics & Gynecology) and fellowship (Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility), all at the University of Pennsylvania. Biography: Dr. Melissa Waterstone graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and went to Medical School at Weill Cornell Medical College and received her MD in 1998. She completed her internship and residency at George Washington University Medical Center in Washington, DC in 2002 and then worked in private practice and was affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center until she came to Weill Cornell Medical Associates in 2005.Dr. Waterstone's practice focuses on the full range of Obstetrical and Gynecologic care including outpatient, surgical and Labor and Delivery care.

Biography: Dr. McConville grew up on Long Island.She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from SUNY Geneseo.She had a special focus in British Literature which she pursued as an undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.She earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College.She completed her residency training at the University of Rochester where she was honored with the Berlex Best PGY 2 Teaching Award, the George C. Trobetta Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Special Excellence in Endoscopy.She has been a faculty member of Weill Cornell Medical College since 2007 where her practice focuses on Obstetrics in the outpatient care of pregnant women, as well as inpatient Labor and Delivery care.As the Medical Director of Postpartum, she has worked collaboratively to bring the best care to both mothers and infants at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell.In the outpatient setting she continues to provide women with gynecologic care through all phases of life.

Biography: Dr. Samuel Bender, MD is an Obstetrics /amp Gynecology Specialist who practices in New York, NY. He is 65 years old and has been practicing for 32 years. Dr. Samuel Bender, MD is affiliated with Mount Sinai Hospital and Mount Sinai Morningside.

Biography: Dr. Alexandra LeBental was born and raised in New Jersey before completing her undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis. She remained at Washington University to obtain her Master of Public Health degree with a focus on epidemiology and biostatistics. She then received her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Temple University in Philadelphia. She was selected and served as the Administrative Chief Resident during her final year of training. She received the following awards during her tenure as resident: Recognition of Excellence in Resident Research, Recognition of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology, and Award for Excellence in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.After completing her residency, she worked for a hospital-based faculty practice in the Bronx before joining the Weill Cornell faculty to provide excellent patient-centered care for the full range of obstetric and gynecologic care. She is board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
