Biography: Wigberto Soto, is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecology (OB-GYN) with Women™s Specialists of Clear Lake in Webster, Texas. Dr. Soto earned his bachelor of arts in biology, and went on to complete his doctorate at University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Soto then finished his internship and residency at San Juan City Hospital. Dr. Soto is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecologists (ABOG). Dr. Soto feels honored to support women throughout their lives and especially helping bringing new life into this world. He has over 30 years of experience and takes a collaborative approach when coming up with treatment plans with his patients always choosing evidence based medicine above all else. Dedicated to leading-edge treatments, Dr. Dhir trained at the University of Texas-Houston / MD Anderson Cancer Center for 4 years in urologic surgery, including being chief resident in 2013. He is up to date on all the newest surgical modalities including minimally-invasive treatments for BPH and urologic cancers. Dr. Dhir is very dedicated to his patients and can be reached 24 hours a day via a dedicated after-hours line; he accepts same-day and walk-in appointments for urgent matters. He also has a great bedside manner, making patients and family alike feel comfortable and satisfied with their care plan.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Kristin Brigger is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. She grew up in Beaumont, Texas where she enjoyed the benefits of growing up in a small town. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences. In 2006, she earned her Medical Doctorate from The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Brigger completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2010. During medical school, Dr. Brigger was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society during her junior year. In residency, Dr. Brigger received the Residency Teaching Award and was an Administrative Chief Resident from 2009-2010. Dr. Brigger has been voted as a "Texas Super Doctor Rising Star" in Texas Monthly Magazine every year. She has also received Vitals "Patient Choice" award for multiple years. Dr. Brigger is committed to developing lifelong relationships with her patients. She enjoys being able to guide women through all the phases of a woman's life and her health needs. She has a passion for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and is trained in laparoscopic and Da Vinci robotic surgery. Dr. Brigger is devoted to learning the most current technologies for surgical techniques so that she can offer her patients the latest advances in gynecologic care. Dr. Brigger is also a member of multiple committees at The Women's Hospital of Texas to ensure that our patients have the best care and experience during any hospitalization. In her spare time, Dr. Brigger enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, her daughters, Riley and Harper, and their beagle, Walker. She also likes reading, traveling and shopping and being an active member in her school's community.
