Biography: Scott Albright, MD is a board certified sports medicine physician. A graduate of the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dr. Albright completed his residency and fellowship training in Sports Medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Dr. Albright serves as the team physician for Lakota East, Lakota West, Middletown Christian schools and Miami University, Middletown. He specializes in non-surgical orthopedic sports medicine and musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Albright is a fan of many recreational and competitive sports, especially those at The Ohio State University. He enjoys weight lifting, jet skiing, and spending time with his family. Biography: Daniel Elshoff, MD joined Premier Physician Network/Upper Valley Medical Center in 1999. Dr James completed his fellowship training in sports medicine through Trihealth Bethesda through which he also spent time with Beacon Orthopedics and sports teams from Xavier University, College of Mount St. Joseph, and Sycamore High school. Dr. James is Medical Director and team physician for University of Dayton Athletics. Biography: Michael Robertson, MD, MBA graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He also received his Master of Business Administration at Wright State University. Dr. Robertson completed the Wright State Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Robertson is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Paul Jennewine, MD has been in practice in Middletown since 1997 and is board certified in internal medicine. He joined Middletown Medical Group after finishing his residency and receiving his medical degree at the University of Toledo Medical Center. A member of the American College of Physician and the Ohio State Medical Society, Dr. Jennewine also has served two terms as president of the Bulter County Medical Society and is the medical director of the Middletown Health Department. Biography: Louis C. Okafor, MD graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, NY. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Okafor completed his fellowship in joint preservation, resurfacing, and reconstruction at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He is a member of a number of organizations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, International Congress for Joint Reconstruction, American Association for Hip and Knee Surgeons, and Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Biography: Matthew A. Dorweiler, MD is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE. Dr. Dorweiler is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. Biography: Aleda Johnson, MD, who was born in Cleveland, graduated in 1996 from the University of Michigan with her Bachelor's of Science degree in psychology. In 2000, she graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and in 2003, she completed her residency at the Bethesda Family Practice Residency Program in Cincinnati. For most of the last 14 years, Dr. Johnson has lived in the greater Cincinnati area. She is married with two children and is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Pam Werner, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. He specializes in shoulder pathology, including athletic, traumatic and degenerative conditions; shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement surgery; sports medicine; and general orthopedics. He completed a shoulder fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopedic Institute in New York City, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Checroun earned his medical degree from Indiana University. Dr. Checroun speaks English and French.

Biography: Christopher Lauricella, DO is a graduate of Florida State University and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Lauricella is certified in Family Practice by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
