All the staff at this office, as well as Dr. K himself, are beyond professional, kind and helpful. Rotator cuff repair surgery went very well and every visit with Klosterman and/or PA Groff was smooth and productive. Highly recommend!

Probably good Dr but bad bedside manner

Smooth as silk

It's bedside manners were horrible. He never even looked at my knee or my other leg. He was very frustrated because there was a new problem created after the surgery and he claims it on something else other than what he did. He walked out the room without helping me. He told me go somewhere else and get another opinion. He wouldn't even listen to what I say. He told me he had other patients to see and I told him I wasn't the cause of him being behind schedule because I have been sitting out there in the lobby for 10 to 15 minutes at least.

I was late to my appointment and they worked me in! They are awesome ?

I would have liked to talk to Dr. Klosterman. I am not clear on my baker's cyst that is swollen but does not have enough fluid to drain. It hurts because I am bending to do things in everyday life, especially when I go over to my mom's to see about her house and tend to her needs.
