Biography: Dr. Jackquelin Delgado completed her residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. She obtained her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006. Prior to her medical training, she obtained a Masters Degree in Biology from the University of Houston - Clear Lake in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spanish from Baylor University in 1999. Dr. Delgado was the recipient of the Gold Foundation Humanism & Excellence in Teaching Award in 2008, the Excellence in Academics Award in 2010, and the Outstanding Chief Resident Academic & Research Award in 2010. Dr. Delgado offers comprehensive care for women throughout their lifetime, from pregnancy and childbirth to the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, menopause, and urinary incontinence. Special interests include minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, urodynamics testing with the placement of suburethral slings for urinary incontinence, bilateral tubal occlusion via Essure, endometrial ablation, and laparoscopic & vaginal hysterectomies. Dr. Delgado is a native resident of Pasadena, Texas, which she has called home for over 20 years. Hobbies include traveling, spending time with friends and family, boating, hiking, cycling, jogging, and dancing.

Biography: A proud army brat, Dr. Joye calls Columbia, South Carolina home, although she's lived and traveled throughout the United States. The experience of growing up in a military family helped lay the foundation for her discipline, adaptiveness, and appreciation of all aspects of diversity. Dr. Joye began her path to medicine by attending Spelman College in Atlanta, GA where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to receive her Medical Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina. At MUSC, she was elected into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Joye completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas at Houston. While in residency she was the recipient of various accolades, including Outstanding Resident in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology and the MD Anderson Gynecologic Oncology Resident of the Year Award. She was also elected to be an Administrative Chief Resident. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Joye was honored to receive the Outstanding Chief Resident Award. Dr. Joye's favorite thing about being an obstetrician and gynecologist is being able to establish lifelong relationships with her patients. She is an impassioned women's health advocate and strives for her patients to feel heard, be respected, and to always be well cared for. Dr. Joye brings a compassionate, direct, and engaging bedside manner to all of her patients. She enjoys practicing the full breadth of obstetrics and gynecology and has a special interest in obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries, preventative care, menstrual disorders, and contraception counseling. Dr. Joye joined Complete Women's Care Center in 2020 and practices at the Pearland location. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys trying out new restaurants, yoga, and listening to music. Biography: In 1988, Dr. Davis-Townsend completed her medical degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She completed her residency and internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Medical Center. Dr. Davis-Townsend is the Chairman of the Department of OB/GYN at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. Dr. Davis-Townsend is a member of the American Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
