Dr. Jackquelin Perez, MD

Dr. Perez took excellent care of me, was extremely gentle doing my exam and biopsy, explained everything as she was performing it. She was very thorough and made it easy for me to understand what was going to happen next. She followed up with me afterwards to check on me. Very professional and caring.

I had gone to so many drs , and dr Delgado was the only one that knew what it was, she reminds me of Dr Wilburn , his office use to be behind dr delgados office in the 80s and his wife was his nurse , he saved my mothers life , she's cancer free

Dr. Delgado is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to—gynecologist or otherwise. I went in there for help with vaginismus, letting her know up front that was why I was there, then she proceeded to reprimand me for “not letting her do the pelvic exam” as if I was choosing to tense up. When I started crying she left the room for 20 minutes with no explanation, then came back with an article printed off from a website I found myself TWO YEARS AGO and presented it to me saying “you have vaginismus,” as if it was new information. She told me she could not help me in any capacity, and that this is something I have to work on myself and find a therapist (which I already told her I’d seen multiple times). All I got out of this appointment was humiliation for a condition I have no control over and a condescending dismissal.

As the others have said, If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional and uncaring women's health specialist I've ever been too, My wife was referred here to get a ultrasound and mentioned it at the beginning of her appointment. They took her in and ran some tests and at the very end of the appointment said they were unable to do the ultrasound because the person was not in. Why would they string us for an appointment when the main reason we were there would not be operational? And we had to pay 70 bucks at the end after not getting what we came in for, no apologies, no come back tommorow we'll get you taken care of, no nothing. Also they tried to get my wife to take a pregnancy test when she'd already taken them at the hospital the very same morning. We had them fax it over , but they still tried to get us to take one when it did not come in quick enough,we declined AGAIN and waited for the fax. These people have no respect for humans or unborn.

I love dr delgado she made me feel comfortable last year through my pregnancy and always asked how i felt if i had any questions she cares about her patients will Be going to her again

This place is horrible! The front desk and nurses are so rude. They don't know what customer service means. If I didn't have the crappy insurance that I have, I would not ever go to this place again. If your coverage is better than mine, save yourself and get another doctor.

This office is terrible. The wait times are too long, even for early appointments, the front staff are dismissive and the doctors have never heard of informed consent. DO NOT go there for prenatal care. She will order all types of tests that are not standard, or generally covered by insurance and tell you that they are doing a "standard" prenatal panel. Genetics tests are always optional, don't let them tell you otherwise. Lying pit of money-grabbing vipers.

I absolutely love Dr. Delgado she really cares about you and your baby. She is very easy to talk to and very sweet woman. I enjoyed my 9 months with her, and knowing that my baby and I were getting wonderful care with her, she also takes her time with with your visits and answers all questions.

i went to my appt. to have a interuterine biopsy done today & they tell me, " we just found out we dont have the supplies we need to do the biopsy today. i took the day off from work to be there. took 2 narcotic pain pills,(tramadol) to help with the pain i would have from the procedure & now i have this med. in my body for nothing. this office is so imcompentent that they dont know until the very last minute that they dont have the supplies to do the biopsy until the very last min.

I waited an hour in their waiting room before they called me back to see the doctor. When i finally got back, they realized they made the appointment for the wrong type of visit and told me she was not in my network and would not have been able to deliver my baby. This doctor could have seen me to at least confirm my pregnancy (especially since they made me wait an hour!) until i could find a permanent doctor, but she just let me leave.
