Biography: Kimberly F. Bethel, MD is a graduate of Howard University and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Bethel is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has a special interest in hypertension, diabetes, and women's health. Dr. Bethel has been with Trotwood Physician Center since 1990.

Biography: Benjamin J. Bates, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed the Wright State University General Surgery Residency Program. Dr. Bates has a number of certifications including Advanced Surgical Skills for Exposure in Trauma, Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. Dr. Bates is a member of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Biography: James E. de Caestecker, DO, FACS is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Health Sciences College of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Surgery at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Medical Center of Central Massachusetts, The Hahnemann University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Dr. de Caestecker is certified in General Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. He has a special interest in colon, rectal, and GERD/reflux surgery. He has been associated with Gem City Surgical Associates since 2002.
