Expect to be gaslit and ignored when it comes to your concerns. I've never interacted with a more callous doctor, nor have I felt more alone when it comes to managing my health. As soon as my next appointment is over I will not be seeing this man ever again. He has refused to give me a prescription for something HE has diagnosed me for, even when I have a second appointment (the first appointment to manage the issue resulted in absolutely no relief) scheduled in the next few weeks, without seeing me in person first. Keep in mind it takes FOUR WEEKS to get in to see the man and I am in extreme pain over something he has professionally diagnosed. I'm not asking for opioids, just hemorrhoids cream. I wish I could complain to him personally but talking to him is impossible, you are just passed around to a string of receptionists who have no clue what they're doing. If you love yourself and your body, I beg you, go elsewhere.

Dr Go is so kind. I have complete trust in his abilities. He looks you in the eyes and he's not aloof or standoffish like some doctors. Highly recommend. If I have any more gastro issues, I would go back to him.

I could feel the colonoscopy and it was painful...but I had polyps removed..so that may have been why I felt pain.. He was very friendly and very informative But I would not go to him again.
