He is adept at many non-operative treatments, including PRP (platelet rich plasma), injections, and specific physical therapy plans that can often avoid the need for surgery. When surgery is required, he uses the most up-to-date and minimally invasive treatment options. He invests significant time in education, and in putting together a comprehensive total care plan. He also follows his patients and tracks their results in order to ensure that they are successful.

As a pediatric orthopedic surgeon specializing in the reconstruction of scoliotic spines, he is humbled to learn from his patients, children, and wife, every day. He is living his dream.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Hugate specializes in orthopedic oncology, bone healing, complex joint replacement and reconstruction and hip preservation.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Resig has completed an Ironman triathalon and multiple marathons and understands the importance of returning to high level activity after an injury. He strives for conservative management and tries to find nonsurgical measures when appropriate. When not working, Dr. Resig tries to spend time with wife and 3 girls exploring new places, preferably in an RV.

Care Philosophy: Kevin Nagamani, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle conditions at AdventHealth Parker Hospital. He has been named a 5280 Top Doctor Colorado in 2023 and Castle Connolly&reg Top Doctor since 2012. He treats ages 6+ and speaks English and basic Spanish. \n Dr Nagamani attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch. He completed an orthopedic residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. \n When he&rsquos not at work, Dr Nagamani enjoys fostering dogs, playing golf and scuba diving.
