During his many years at Florida Hospital, he has served in positions such as Chief of Staff Elect, Chief of Surgery and Chairman of the Medical Staff Quality Review Committee at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

Biography: Ann Holloway, DO, FACS, is a board-certified General Surgeon from Phoenix, AZ with 9 years of experience. Dr. Holloway enjoys the challenges each patient presents and works in a collaborative fashion to craft a customized treatment plan. She always treats her patients and colleagues the way she would like to be treated with kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. Dr. Holloway is proficient in a wide variety of techniques including endoscopic, laparoscopic, robotic and open surgeries, using them to perform cholecystectomies, appendectomies, hernia repairs, breast surgery, melanoma excisions, port placement, soft tissue mass excisions, and more. She is expertly adept at diagnosing and treating surgical emergencies ranging from abscesses to incarcerated hernia to perforated viscous and more. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a Navy General Surgeon, and their 3-year-old son. They enjoy traveling, reading and trying new restaurants. She is a member of the American College of Surgeons, Association for Surgical Education, and Association of Women Surgeons.
