Biography: Note: This provider only sees patients that are 50 years and older. Saramma George, MD, is board certified in family medicine and geriatrics and received her Geriatrics Fellowship at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, Penn. Immediately following her geriatrics fellowship, she moved to Texas and began working with Scott & White in Waco. In Texas, Dr. George started a senior clinic, where she remained for eight years while serving as the medical director of Scott & White Skilled Nursing Facility. She then went on to work in skilled nursing facilities & inpatient rehab centers in the Austin area until she and her husband relocated to the Round Rock area. Dr. George considers geriatrics her heart and soul and enjoys clinical work and continuity of care. Apart from clinical work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Gregory Catlett specializes in primary, complex primary and revision arthroplasty of the hip and knee. He offers an anterior muscle sparing approach to the hip, unicondylar knee replacements, as well as both computer navigation and robotic assisted hip and knee replacements. Dr. Catlett believes in a patient centered approach to hip and knee replacements and the utilization of proven techniques to help expedite the recovery process.
