Absolutely outstanding!
I have been a registered nurse for 20 years. Dr Lamia is outstanding! An advocate for women’s health, thorough, knowledgable, caring, kind, empathetic. She listens and treats you as if she is treating her own family! Never felt rushed and absolutely 100% would highly recommend her to anyone! So personable, friendly and approachable with an outstanding attitude and work ethic!

The doctor was a good doctor, knew what she was doing. Only feedback I would have is on a cold day, for a COVID-related patient, dry the seat outside if it's raining. That's my only feedback. For all, it was a good experience and I was happy to have her as my healthcare provider for that day. Thank you.

Dr Kadir is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. She spends all the time you need during the appt to talk about medical issues, personal issues you may be having and she always exhibits a kind and caring demeanor that makes you feel like you matter. Her staff of NPs and PAs are taking over the bulk of the appts so I haven't been able to see Dr Kadir since she's stepped back to let the other practitioners take over. The NP and PA have been nice and knowledgeable but the feeling is rushed now so I don't feel like I can ask questions because I'm holding them up. But, that's medicine these days so I understand. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Kadir and staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Kadirs for several years and was overall pleased with her care. However, I was disgusted when following a stay in the hospital and being severely ill for several months she suggested that I needed to start having sex with my husband again quickly or he would cheat on me. When I pushed back and assured her that was not a concern I had in my marriage she told me that men had “needs” and I shouldn’t be so sure. Her front office staff is awful which I overlooked because of her excellent care but this insult was the final straw.

DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk makes it very difficult to book an appointment and does not hold on to your information. They act as if you are a new patient every time you book. All files are always "lost" and nothing shows up for them. Online booking is through 3 different platforms that all ask screening and heath release questions that do not communicate with one another, the front desk or the Dr/Nurses. Insurance claims are not handled by the front desk- they push back on you and you have to follow up on them. This is not an easy office to make an appointment and just be seen by the doctor. My last appointment was less than 5 minutes with the Doctor, they do not care about their patients and try to book fees through cancelations and booking appointments incorrectly on the front desk. Blood work panels referrals are also not shared thoroughly, I did a full detailed panel and was told "you are okay"- other practices go into far more detail. There is no "depth" to the patient here.

I am a patient of Dr. Kadir for almost six years. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She listens to her patients. She is very thorough when explaining anything you are dealing with. She also speaks in clear layman terms. With that said, she genuinely cares for her patients and their wellbeing.

This office has some very serious issues. They constantly forget to send prescriptions to the pharmacy, their website states a 2 day turn around on email, I've waited a week or longer with no response and eventually had to call and then hold for 30-45 minutes. Their go-to excuse is, "We have a new system and things are a little backed up." Well, it seems they have changed systems three times in the past 6 months. They sure do have bad luck with technology. The doctor flat out lies when confronted with the office workers' incompetence. I had emailed regarding a prescription matter and Lamia said she never received an email and then begins to quote the issues I stated in the email. I was in her care for more than a year and she never altered my treatment once although there are serious issues with my current prescription regimen. A regimen I brought from another doctor whom I saw only once. I went to another doctor last week and he immediately put me on a different program and I am now

Wait times for over 45 minutes to an hour. I had a particularly bad experience where I waited over an hour after making an appointment to see the doctor. The nurse practitioner saw me instead, and then when the NP did not answer my questions and I continued to ask to see the doctor, the doctor said that "my visit was already over" and I was making her run late to other patients by insisting on seeing her, and that I should have known to kick out the NP and re-established, even though I had signed up to see the doctor, that I had signed up to see the doctor. I stopped seeing her after that appt. Seconding review that despite white noise machines, you could hear other patient matters. Also had the experience of seeing another patient's file brought in my patient room. Troubling billing practices. Currently in dispute over $40 that I overpaid and have asked to be reimbursed for multiple times over the last seven months. Still no sign of it.
