Care Philosophy: Dr. Eyer earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, and completed a rotating internship at Memorial Hospital, York, PA.He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Biography: Stacey O'Brien, M.S., M.D., graduated from Creighton University in Nebraska, received her Master of Science in Clinical Anatomy from Saint Louis University, and then completed her Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University of School of Medicine in New Jersey. She completed her internship and residency at St. Vincent's East Family Medicine Residency Program, where she was also the Chief Resident.
