Dr Widener took the time to answer my questions. When he administered the steroid shots he explained exactly what he was doing.

Highly Professional.
Dr. Widener, was very concise. Explaining the entire procedure. I felt very comfortable from the start throughout the surgery. Follow up was reassuring. I am on my way to a better pain free life. His staff is also excellent, with everything they did for me. I highly recommend him and Resurgens. Dan.

Dr. Widener is great!
Listen, every time I come in Dr. Widener seems genuinely empathetic. He is likable and professional…a difficult tightrope to walk. He takes ample time to go over everything in laymen’s terms. I’m about to go through my third surgery with him and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Prompt & Caring
I have been dealing with pain from a sprained ankle for four months. Dr. Widener looks you in the eye and listens. The most powerful thing he said to me this week was “Pain can be depressing”. I’m not sure a doctor could have ever summed up the past four months more perfectly! I never wait in the lobby for more than ten minutes, and he never makes me wait more than 10-15 minutes. Wonderful doctor with an incredible bedside manner!

Great experience!
Overall a great experience. I took my 11 years old son to see Dr. Widener because of my son is experiencing pain in his ankle. He did his X-ray in the office and was recommended to do physical therapy which is in his office too. Dr. Widener was very personable and did a great job explaining what could be causing the pain. The office was well ran, everything was very smooth. Overall a great experience.
