Biography: Dr. Angie Layme earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic. She completed a family medicine residency and earned an award for excellence in patient care. Dr. Layme also holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management, reflecting her commitment to advancing her medical expertise. She was recognized as a HEDIS Top Performer and has provided geriatric, wound care, holistic, and preventive care throughout her career. Her practice philosophy centers on attentive listening, believing it is essential to supporting patients' health and well-being. Inspired by her family's values of compassion and service, Dr. Layme chose medicine to safeguard the quality of life for seniors. She actively volunteers with local healthcare organizations. Outside of work, Dr. Layme enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
