SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED!
Dr. Strobbe is the most unprofessional, egotistical, RUDE, confrontational and arrogant humans let alone MEDICAL “professionals” I have had the misfortune of crossing paths with. Both parents admitted to Bayonet Point. Strobbe had no idea who either of them were, was staring at his computer, claimed it’s his brother Dr. Michael Strobbe who “usually sees them” not true it’s actually a PRN at the NPR office. My dad was admitted and not seen by Strobbe for over 24 hours. Less than 10min and kept calling my dad “boss”. Lacks ANY bed side manner, had no plan of action medically. Saw my mom shortly after my dad over 24 hours after she was admitted as well. Had no information or updates, didn’t introduce himself, had no answers to give only an estimated time frame of when they may be discharged. HORRIBLE! If you value your health and life do NOT see this horrible man.

Confrontational and unrealistic expectations
Dr Nicolas Strobbe is too abrupt and loved to yell and loudly. I will not be going back to this office. I am diabetic. I appreciated the doctor yelling at me on my first few visits trying to get me to realize how dangerous diabetes is and that I need to make changes. But in the last month since my last visit, I have lost 10 lbs. Brought my blood sugar average down 60 points. Did everything he asked me to do as far as lifestyle. Cut sugar, sugar substitutes, eating extreme low carbs, doing intermittent fasting. Even bought the home delivery foods he recommended. I still got yelled and I mean YELLED at by this doctor that I was not doing enough. Told me that I should be doing 48 hour fasts every other day. I can’t do that. I am doing 16:8 or sometimes even 20:6. Staff are great but can’t take being yelled at by Dr Strobbe when I am trying and he should have recognized my efforts. It has only been one month.

I recommend him to my friends
I am really shocked at the overall rating, although I remember the first time I saw Dr. Strobbe, I thought he was too casual. However, I have seen him twice since them and really like him. He looks at me (as opposed to a chart or a computer screen) he listens to me, and explains everything very well. I recommend him to my friends.

Amazing!!!. I went into office in SH and across the street form the mall to see Dr. Nick for my stress and anxiety problems. After explaining my situation to Dr. Nick he told me what to do, alternative treatments to try. He took his time to help me lower my anxiety level and calm down while in the room with me. Dr. Nick was very patient with me and did not rush me through everything. By the time I was leaving the office I was smiling and laughing which made me feel a lot better. I left the office with a positive feeling that if I did try his suggestions I will feel a lot better and today I DO!!!!!

Dr. Strobbe is a great Dr. I don't like the fact that they overbook and you wait over an hour to get in, plus I felt like I wasn't "sick enough" to see him. I got passed around to "whoever was not busy that day".

I've been a patient of Dr N Strobbe for 6 years now. Im also an RN myself. Hes a no nonsense doctor, he doesn't make you feel warm and fuzzy but his diagnostic skills are truly amazing. I dont go see him to build my own self esteem, I go to him to find out what is wrong and to get better. Ive never left feeling like his diagnosis was incorrect. His NP Christine Fischer in Hudson is fabulous, she is the total package. I walk away feeling good about myself and impressed with her skill. Ive moved over 40 miles away but im still going there. That should tell you everything.

My wife and I have been a patient a year, all they care about is money, unnecessary tests, and too frequent follow-ups. That's the good part, never get seen on time, expect a 1 hour wait, rude an ignorant staff. Totally unorganized. I am retired military and had enough. If you complain directly to them they will drop you. But trust the reviews, they are accurate.

Horrible human being! Needs his medical license and privileges revoked. I would rather be treated by a veterinarian. Treated me like garbage and confused my pain and suffering as my having an attitude with him. Walked out right in the middle of his tirade. A few weeks later I received a letter from his office terminating the doctor patient relationship and the had the nerve to blame me for being abusive towards the doctor when in fact it was Dr. Strobbe's which was abusive. Horrible man!

no stars!!! Nickeya the nurse practioner literally kicked me out of the office today. where do i begin. Ive been going here for over year and put up with their horrible bedside manner. Both Dr Nicholas Strobbe and nurse practioner Nickeya are rude. when they walk in the room they go right on the computer so you have to talk to their back the whole time which to me is rude, strange, and makes me uncomfortable. I was screamed at and kicked out after i asked why she was so rude to me for no reason
